When you create an account, request a free audit, or use the Service, we may collect your name, email address, business name, brokerage, market or location, website address, and account login credentials. If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Public information about your business

To produce your audits and visibility reports, the Service examines publicly available information about you and your business, such as your website content, business listings, review profiles, and social profiles, and runs sample queries against AI and search systems. We collect and store the results of these checks, including AI responses, citations, and competitor information, so we can show your score, trends, and recommended actions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites and applications, we may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage activity to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running audits and tracking results over time.
• Personalize your audits, reports, and recommended actions.
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Send you service updates, audit results, and — if you opt in — marketing communications such as newsletters and nurture emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and Third-Party Services

The Service uses AI models and third-party data providers to run search queries, retrieve search results, and generate summaries and recommendations. We send only the minimum information needed for each check — such as your name, market, and the query itself — and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Our use of AI providers is limited to delivering the features you have signed up for.

We also use service providers for hosting, databases, payments, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We store your information using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases with row-level security so that each user can only access their own data. We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
